Very straightforward. A recruiter proposed the role to me. Two rounds of interview - first with the Hiring Manager and his peer. Second with the Head of Function. Decision was fairly swift. The recruiter called to make an offer as I was on the way back home from the second interview!

The interview was very leadership competency based with plenty of scenarios. There was also an analytical section to demonstrate your excel abilities. Overall the interview takes place over 2 sections. First with the recruiter then followed by the reporting line.
