2. Assessment for resolve in team and individually
3.. You have to present your own solution, they are gonna make questions to know how you react to certain situations - This related with sales and marketing
4. The case was no related with cigarettes, it was actually about candies.
Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.

Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.

This was a 4 Interview process where as possession of a valid drivers license was mandatory. The process was as follows:

6. Final Interview
