Entretien
Values based interview coupled with a review of my functional expertise and employment history. The face to face interview followed a telephone screening call which focused on initial suitability for the role. The telephone interview lasted around 30 minutes and had good structure and the face to face interview took around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

As a competency / values based interview, I was asked to provide examples of when I'd acted in determined, inspiring, reliable, curious and humble ways during employment situations.
