I had a call with the Hiring team( Director & Other Senior Data Engineer) , Interview went pretty great, Beyond any doubt things went nice. Later I am ghosted by. It is horrible when the recruiter says He is unable to reach to the hiring Manager. Overall process lacks transparency, Very poor interview process & feedback loop. I would say put this to the last option in your line. Ghosting is strongly not acceptable.

Great Interview conducted by a Supervisor and a Senior Tech. Felt very inclusive and professional and they have emphasized that the company strive to treat their employee good. Behavioral interviews can be tough. However the interviewers were patient with me and gave me enough time to understand and answer to the best of my ability.

Took a 10 question SQL test. Given a data base with a specific schema. Create queries to come up with the appropriate results. The database is agnostic and the syntax is not scrutinized in detail.

Basic Questions about strengths, weaknesses, work history, educational background, etc. Not too much to prepare for, but should definitely be familiar with your resume. Good luck to the next interviewee!

I had to complete an Online Assessment that was only 15 minutes, next I had a telephone interview that was 40 minutes where I had to discuss my motivation to apply. Unfortunately I did not get through, however feedback was provided afterwards

After I applied on Cox Automotive’s site, I was contacted by a recruiter that same day that let me know my resume met their criteria. An initial interview was scheduled for the next day with the recruiter and it went very smoothly. Nothing too hard but she did want to confirm my experience. Following this, another interview was scheduled with two Senior Performance Manager in which the STAR interview process was used. If you’re not familiar with the STAR interview process, look it up on YiuTube to help you prepare. It’s a great way to keep the conversation flowing and you focused on your strengths.

A recruiter contacted me about the software engineer in test position that was needed to be filled quickly. They then asked initial skills screening questions, then a phone call was set up between an outside technical screening company, then an in-person interview with a panel.

I was e mailed by one of their on line recruiting specialists about this opportunity so I went in an applied on line for the position. I was set up with a telephone interview and at the end of the interview they e-mailed me an on line assessment at which time I was told they would get back in touch with me . I took the on line assessment and have not heard anything back since then and it has been over two weeks . I e-mailed the interviewer and have not heard anything back in over a week . I find this very unprofessional this company selected my resume and asked me to get in touch with them . Then they do not have the decency to get back in touch with me or even send me an e-mail about my status

Started with a phone interview with the recruiter. The next step was with the hiring manager, via phone. The last step was the Panel interview. Very situational- know your stories and the results you achieved.

I talked with campus recruiter at the career fair and got an interview two weeks later. Had interview with analytics director. It was about 40 minutes. All employees are professional and the interview went well. Got offer in a week.
