J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Audible (Newark, NJ) en avr. 2015
Entretien
initial phone screening by recruiter and then by a programmer. Then 4 hours on site doing five 45 minute one on one interviews with technical staff. Everyone was very nice except the head guy who was downright unfriendly. There were a lot of behavioral psychology type questions, more than the technical questions.

Question 1
There were many questions like"tell us about a hard problem you had to solve" and "did you ever do anything risky" and "did your boss ever ask you to do something that you didn't agree with"
They asked me to design a restaurant reservation system (classes and methods). also write algorithm to decide if a binary tree is mirrored. Also order set B according to the order of set A, where A is a superset of B.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Audible (Cambridge, MA) en nov. 2017
Entretien
Very straightforward and formalized process. Had a phone screening followed by an onsite interview with 6 people. Had to demonstrate coding and design skills as well as many "tell me about a time when" type of questions. Recruiting team was very helpful, supplied me with material to prepare and made sure I was ready before setting anything up. The day of the onsite was very well organized and a very nice touch from the recruiting team was the snack basket for me to enjoy during short breaks.

Question 1
Phone screening was the most difficult for me. You need to code on a shared document and discuss what you are doing by asking relevant questions and thinking out loud.
