Applied though University and HR contacted to schedule two back-to-back interviews 45 min each. Questions are not very hard, mainly focused on linked list, hash, array, strings. Interviewers were nice and will give hint.
Design a data structure contains int that supports add(int), remove(int), random() where random will give a random integer in the data structure. Run time of all three should be O(1).

Entretien
2 round interview. First round was a phone interview with a recruiter. I had to discuss which people principles resonated most strongly with me. Second round was a technical interview with an SDE with a brief behavioral (15 min) component to start. I was asked one question (leetcode medium). We didn't run any code, it was more of an exercise in showing my thought process and teamwork abilities.

Process:
1.) Received email from recruiter.
2.)Applied online and completed HackerRank.
3.) Had phone interview with recruiter, purely behavioral questions and answering my questions about the company.
4.) Technical interview (through Chime) with a current employee, another employee shadowed. Spent roughly 40-45 minutes coding, with me asking questions about the company for the last 15-20 minutes
5.) Meeting (through Chime) with potential project manager. Just a casual conversation where they explained the project they’re working on, and I asked questions regarding it. 30 minute discussion, but we ran overtime and they were more than happy to keep talking.
Amazing experience overall, every employee I talked with was very kind and informative. Nothing but praises for the company, while also answering questions that shone the company in a negative light.
