First there is an initial interview with recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, then you have to complete a writing assignment, followed by an on-site where you meet with multiple people. Everyone I talked to was great. They were adamant about making sure you are okay with the salary early on so that you're not in position to negotiate it later, which makes sense from a recruiting perspective.
