The interview process was straightforward and included a heavy focus on experience and standard competency based questions. The interview was undertaken remotely, and feedback was issued promptly following the interview. Unfortunately, the job description posted did not match what they required, as they listed a whole host of experience requirements, but focussed heavily on one single skill set (EIAs) instead of reviewing the wider level of experience.
