Applied online and got a call from HR a couple of weeks after the closing date to schedule the interview. Online interview with 2 interviewers. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They introduced themselves and then asked me to talk them through my background and past experiences. Some standard competency based and HR questions with some more job specific questions as well although nothing too technical.

The interview was an informal discussion mainly focused on understanding my background, skillset, and experiences. The interview itself was a pleasant experience, with the 2 interviewers very relatable. The follow up however has been non-existent. This is very disappointing given I gave a significant amount of my time to apply and interview. At the very least, even if not progressed to the next stage, I would expect to be told that. The lack of communication afterwards has left a very bad taste, and reflects very poorly on the company. Based on my experience with Atkins, I would not apply for any role at this company again.
