I was referred by someone in management that I had worked with previously. I sent my resume and was invited to interview for a position. Once I had interviewed I was sent a job offer which I obviously accepted.

Same day face to face and HR. HR tries to give as low grade as possible. Try to get better grade else it will be a problem. Negotiations take place over emails and calls later on. PArking cility is not there
