I applied through LinkedIn Job posting .
The process took around 45 days from the day of my application to job offer.
In fact the process of recruitment was descriptive but interesting.
I technically had 5 levels where i was being monitored & reviewed on different traits like expertise,attitude,risk taking abilities and interest level to take up new assignment.
Personally - i loved all the rounds of discussion as every time the discussion initiated was something new to discuss.

Day 01 : Application Submission through LinkedIn
Day 15 : Received a call from the HR team for F2F discussion next day
Level 1 discussion || Interview with : Recruitment Team Lead - India || 16th Day || F2F
>> Basic expertise based monitoring and understanding your futuristic vision by the panel.
Level 2 discussion || Interview with : Recruitment Head - India || 16th Day || F2F
>> Made a very transparent approach to make me understand their business and tried to understand the different out of the box strategies i use in Social Media Recruitment
Level 3 discussion || Interview with : Recruitment Lead -US || 21st Day || WebEx Conference
>> Descriptive explanation of roles and responsibility along with assignments based recruitment test. This even included reviews related to personality traits,adaptability and expertise
Level 4 discussion || Interview with : Recruitment Head -India || 34th Day || Telephonic
>> Assess your understanding of your roles and responsibilities you would be performing and any case related achievements you have accomplished in your current career.
Level 5 discussion || Interview with : Recruitment Head -APAC || 44th Day || Telephonic
>> Case Study, On the Job simulation , In and out of recruitment you did till date,roles and responsibilities you will be performing etc.
Day 45 : Offer Letter
