Applied through recruiter. Phone screen with HR, video call with hiring manager. Second round was a panel (AZ likes to have two interview you at once) and then a third stakeholder a couple weeks later. Last interview was bizarre, with interviewer admitting trying to "stress me out" to see how I'd react under pressure. I nearly quit the process on the spot but was dinged while thinking it over. Disorganized process, with multiple reschedules, not sure of their own timelines.
