The interview was a panel interview with hiring manager and three other senior analyst/scientists. It was structured like any other interview with, tell me a little bit about yourself, behavioral questions, then a few technical questions regarding particular assays. Overall, I had a pleasant interview and never felt intimidated.

Easy and straightforward. Overall, I had two interviews, one with the agency and another with the whole team. I Received their feedback right away and got started on the recruitment process.
Straight forward based on company values, with only one technical question which was fairly straight forward too. Responded well to the STAR technique using unique examples to connect the value

Got Offer Letter, Easy process, Positive attitude, Written is easy, oral is difficult, group activity is tricky. 2 days after I got offer from AstraZeneca. Good and positive feedback. good good
