I was interviewed for the position of a Study Delivery Administrator (which is an equivalent of the Clinical Trial Assistant role) in October 2018. The position was announced by PRA Health Sciences and the employee would be fully outsourced to the AstraZeneca offices in Södertälje, Sweden. Before the Face 2 Face interview, I had 2 different phone interviews - one with a talent acquisition manager and one with the Clinical Operations Manager, both PRA employees. For the face 2 face interview, I met with the Nordics manager and the Clinical Project Manager of Astrazeneca. First, I was given a nice, small presentation of the company and the team and then we talked about my CV, my background and qualifications. I was also asked some basic behavioural questions. Both interviewers were really nice, we had a productive conversation and I really liked the atmosphere of the company. The conversation lasted about an hour. I do not know whether I would be offered the position or not because the position was not opened in the end due to unexpected reasons.
