Assessment Centre Duration: Day long (8.30 - 4.00PM) 4 Parts: 1. Written task - topic on current business situation and how you would address business issues 2. Individual presentation -15 minutes, understanding your career ambitions within the company 3. Group activity - 45 minutes - to assess your ability to work in a team, to voice out and to create a solution collaboratively 4. Individual interview - with 2 - 3 assessors, three questions based on company values - START method is recommended. Very engaging, great opportunity to learn about the company.
