Chaotic - lack of communication, drawn out and incomprehensible. The various HR departments don't know what's going on, and the interviewing managers show a complete lack of professionalism by missing interviews.

Task-based questions, but in hindsight, probably designed to exclude because of the very narrow focus of ARM activities.

I want to apologize for your negative candidate experience with ARM, and this has been more the exception rather than the norm as far as our standards go.
I will pass on your feedback for internal review to see where we went wrong and how we can improve.
We do hope that you will still consider ARM as an employer of choice should another position become available.
