(2 years before posting): Some Hirevue video assessment initially, then HR and technical rounds. Final stage is with people from multiple teams who all think about whether you'd fit into their team (and allow you to think about what team you might want to join)

The Hirevue video assessment included some specific technical questions to assess knowledge. I was surprised by this but think it's a good system
