After CV screening I was selected for the telephonic round. After 17min past the scheduled time, I get an email saying the interviewer won't be able to make it on that day. Rescheduled the interview to a day two weeks later. Fortunately, this time the call came at the scheduled time, and after about 10 minutes of sweet talk, she says the role has been filled!? I asked whether the role was filled in the two weeks' time, she did not have an answer. Such an irresponsible HR! Why simply waste time of candidates? Their time is as precious as yours.
