Pretty chill. The first round they just sit down and get to know you, check out your vibe, see if you align with them. If they like you, you get asked to meet with the hiring manager and then she basically asks similar questions in the first round + styling questions etc. The last part of the interview was a simulation of live chats + how you would answer them
