Following an online application I was asked to sit a number of tests, including some basic mental arithmetic questions and a couple of exercises geared towards testing your journalistic instincts.

Question 1
I was then invited to discuss my test answers at interview, justifying my positions and explaining the reasoning behind them, before proceeding with a more general, skills-based interview.
Started with a screening call followed by a testing and then interviews with the hiring committee. The team was friendly and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities. Overall engaging and insightful experience.

Screening with TA, testing, VC with hiring manager then F2F in office.
Testing was on amazon workspace, around 100 minutes and completed at home, VC with HM as they were based overseas before being invited to office for final round.

Initial interview with HR representative. After that was called in for Assessment and interview with the team including manager of the relevant desk. Essays summary some basic calculations not very difficult overall but was timed and overseen by HR.
