Brief general questions by emails. then arranged a 250 words writing test followed by 12 math tests, which takes around 1.5 hours to complete. However no feedback from the HRs.

Long and slow recruitment process. It took them four months to make the phone interview and three months to give feedback post the actual interview. I was told that I am supposed to meet 3 people before the final decision, which is too much for the position I applied to.

At least 2-3 rounds depending on the department you are joining to evaluate experience, interests, technical knowledge (where applicable) and most importantly the fit both culturally and professionally. I think its a good place for anyone interested to break into the commodity markets as you will learn a lot. The feel from the hiring team was very friendly, positive and collegial. Genuine keenness to develop and train new hires. The roles are generally very collaborative and they will have overlaps between editorial, analysis and consulting. If you are a good candidate, they will try to keep your profile on file for future positions and consider you more favourably especially if they like you and think you're a good fit (and even though you aren't exactly from the industry of the commodity you applying for).

I did not have a good experience with them. After giving two rounds, they don't even bother to share the results. Even after sharing multiple follow-up emails, you do not hear from them. They ghost you for no reason.

Was lengthy and involved 4-6 different interview stages. Not terribly difficult and being prepared and doing my researched helped. Turns out a number of people unrelated to the team I would work on were part of the interviews, unsure why.

The interview process was smooth. It started with the data science team, followed by the take-home exercise, and then closed with a technical interview. The result of each stage was available one or two days later.

9 weeks, 6 rounds of interviews and only after wasting a massive amount of my time and jeopardizing another opportunity did they tell me they were really looking for something different entirely. Indecisive and/or inconsiderate of candidate's time.
