Applied for them 2 years in a row and both times were pretty much the same. You first have an Arctic Shores assessment. The first time there were approx 8 tasks but the second time I applied there were only 4. Next was an assessment centre and when successful, a separate interview. Interview was set for an hour but really took 40 minutes.
