First round was their ridiculous Arctic Shores psychometric assessment.
Second round was an online centre, where as a team we had to come up with a solution to help implement EVs in a fictitious city.
Third round was an interview in-person. It was meant to be an hour and a half, but ended up taking two hours. The first half was your typical competency based questions. The second half was a case study, of which you have 20 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to present and answer questions. I admittedly didn’t do great and knew I didn’t get the job.
I’m very disappointed that even after three months, I still haven’t heard back from Arcadis. It’s unprofessional, lazy and just insulting to not even respond to us after all the time we invest in the application process. Incredibly disappointing.
