I received an invitation to complete an online behavioral assessment. It involved completing different 'games' which were kind of like reaction tests as well as guessing the expression on a person's face. I feel the test was highly irrelevant to the role and the feedback I received did not reflect my personality whatsoever. The whole expereicne was distressing as when I was too slow answering questions or did not press a button in time it would give me a score of zero. Some people have a hard time with these tasks and this was not designed with inclusivity in mind, even though I did not need any adjustments. I consequently was rejected based on this test alone and I believe this test does not reflect my abilities as a candidate.
