The first interview with HR was great. After that, the process was very long and confusing. The second interview was with a manager who wasn't sure how they got my application. It went well and was supposed to move forward to the last interview but then I got an email saying I was not selected because of a lack of experience (I don't know if this is common in interview processes but they had this information from my CV).
