I was asked to complete a personality test. It is your standard sort of test. The feedback is useless - just ignore it. I was then asked to do an assessment using an Arctic Shores game. You are required to download the game onto a phone/tablet. The game requires very quick reflex skills - both mental and physical. It clearly does not account for people with slow physical reflexes. I was not successful beyond this point. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks.
