it was laid back and once you meet with the department manager he takes you to the shop to meet the rest of the team . he described several scenarios regarding customer service and equipment failure and how one would handle them. one scenario was about a junior member of the team is in a dilemma how would handle and control the situation? another question was do you work best by yourself or with a team....always say both
