      Entretien

      The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied through my school's career center and was selected for a first round interview by an HR person in the area. This first interview was probably the most casual I have had for any hospitality management training program. We just talked about Aramark and went through my resume. A week or two later I received an email from headquarters about final round interviews in Philadelphia (flight/hotel/breakfast included). They explained that they were interviewing a total of 600 students over 9 days (3 days per week, 3 weeks). I believe they said they take about 400 students a year, ~100 of which were previous internship participants. A friend who interned with Aramark was offered a position without interviewing. They provided schedules for each candidate, who was to have 2 30 minute interviews with 2 people during each session. The interviews were pretty standard "tell me about a time when..." They also ask what business segment you want to be in and if you have any location preferences. BE HONEST. They want you to be open to relocation, but will take into account preferences if you are a strong candidate. I heard back with an offer after Thanksgiving (I interviewed in late October, so it did take a while). I was offered a fairly local (to my college) placement (which was one of my location preferences, though I was open to some relocation) and a higher salary than expected for the hospitality industry, so I am taking their offer. The people at College Relations seem like they really want to help and are available for any questions.

      Entretien

      I applied online and got an email to complete the virtual interview. Aramark happened to be on my campus the same week for a career fair so I attended the career fair in hopes of getting an on-campus interview instead of the virtual interview. I then was scheduled for an interview the next day. I was told after the interview that I recommended for the program. Its been about a week since I have heard from anyone but I am eagerly waiting for my eligibility email.

      Overall, a lengthy process. Applied online. I received an email about a week later to schedule a 30 min phone screen with College Relations. The phone screen was pretty easy and more like a casual phone conversation - talked to my experience on my resume, what LOB I was looking at, why I picked my major, why I picked my school. Just let your personality shine through. Two weeks later, got an invite to complete a video interview. The questions were all behavioral and you could redo your answers twice. Once I was "accepted" to the program (about a month later), they sent an email on what LOB and geographic location you're looking for. Took about 2 months to get another call back with a match and offer.

      I was not even interviewed. I was immediately offered the position following an internship with Chicago Public Schools. My first day I was at a huge meeting with all the upper level managers
