The interview took place within our on-campus Career Center, so I didn't get to experience their office culture. The interview was for a student manager position in our dining halls on campus. The woman who interviewed me was extremely friendly and very laid back - she never made me feel intimidated but definitely didn't sugar coat the fact that the job is NOT easy. The interview process was rather simple and standard, your typical procedures.

Aramarks hiring process was easy and wanted to know what my strong skills and weaknesses were. They were really flexible with hours and when was a good time for me to come in. Overall a great experience meeting the managers and going through this interview.

In depth and competitive due to the high volume of candidates. Patience is definitely required. Not very flexible in terms of scheduling the interviews, so make sure not to have a lot going on.

The candidates were asked to come in professional attire. Interview process starts with online paperwork before starting the interview. It is a one on one interview. If selected then the candidate is sent to higher official mainly manager.
