I applied through the company website. Contacted about a week later by the Assistant General Manager by phone. He asked me a few questions about my background and then told me a little bit about the position and their need for an ROM. We set up a face to face interview for two days later. On interview day, he first had me fill out an official application. The interview was not structured. He talked about the company, his experience with the company, the position, and the Route Driver position. I then talked about my background in management and leadership and a little bit about my education. He explained the base salary, quarterly bonuses, car allowance, etc during the interview. He invited me back to interview with the General Manager, whom I met that day, but he had a meeting and couldn't interview me. A few days later I met with the General Manager and pretty much went through the same process. The interview was not structured. I talked about myself and he explained to me what he was looking for in a ROM.

Applied in mid August and received a very disrespectful email from hr manager that requested to call her. No greetings, no subject etc.. I called her to talk about my experience and job description but she didn't listen me et all. I refused the salary in first place which was an entry level amount and I have 10 years of experience in top companies.
