Applied online. Had a one-on-one interview with one of Aramarks representative. Interview process was nothing out of the ordinary. Various behavioral questions, situational questions, how I would respond to certain situations regarding management and other employees.

Entretien
Group interview style, in person. A lot of people showed up but about half were hired. Standing out through answers was the best way in. That’s my best recommendation for anyone looking to be hired.

I received all kinds of confirmation emails and texts about my interview, and the interviewer did not show up for my meeting. I tried to reach out to the recruiter, Aramark help center, and even the location I applied. No response at all whatsoever.
