Phone Interview with the manager, followed by a one- on-one interview, a couple of weeks later. Sixty minute panel interview with various stakeholders. Took an assessment test. Very difficult process.
About 3-4 behavioral questions. Some of the questions asked me to recall a difficult time in the workplace when working on a group project or team. Another question asked me to describe myself in 3 words.

Entretien
It was a basic interview. There were lots of resume type questions regarding my prior positions and experience. They were not very flexible in scheduling an interview time. I was made an offer, but when I tried to negotiate because I had a better offer elsewhere, I was told that there was no room for negotiation.
