Quick, easy and not a lot of red tape. Spoke with Human Resources representative first then they referred me to the appropriate hiring manager. Within a couple of days received a call explaining the position, work schedule, pay rate, etc.

I have never seen anyone not get the job after being called in for an interview. Just the basic introduce yourself and why you want to work for the company, how did you hear about us, etc

Entretien
Easy interview that involved some role playing and customer scenarios. Met with the manager and the stock manager and was also briefly tested on how to look items up on the register after some brief training. It was a fairly simple and not intimating process and the people were very nice and relaxed.
