HR Recruiter reached out to me for an initial phone screening. After passing the basic questions I was contacted by the Plant Manager who conducted a face to face interview. Lasted about an hour of questions and another hour of taking a tour of the plant meeting people and talking about facility. After that, had two phone screens, one with the Senior Director of Plant Operations and then the GM of the location I applied at. Both went well and a few weeks later received a job offer.

Entretien
The actual interview took only 15 minutes. I met with the production and operations manager. Both asked questions about my previous experience and then told me about the position. We then took a walk through on the production floor.

Was very easy process. just basic behavioral questions and asked about the resume. Explained my work experience and how it will help me with my current role. Asked about my experience in managing people and how many people I have managed in past.
