J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AppleOne (New Brunswick, NJ) en juill. 2015
Entretien
Lengthy multiple interviews, took about two weeks to hear back, spent about two hours with the manager. They asked basic questions regarding experience that pertained to the expectations within the job. They also asked about your driving record as you will be managing a full cycle sales desk as well as recruiting. This means that you will be driving to visit potential clients to fulfill their open job positions for them.
Surprisingly straightforward for such a big name. The technical interview was a bit nerve-wracking but manageable; it focused on data structures and algorithms. I was asked to count subarrays with a specific sum, which I had just practiced on PracHub, digging into their mock interview section that week. The interviewer was friendly but pushed me to explain my thought process. Overall, it was a decent experience, though I didn’t receive an offer. I felt prepared, but the competition is fierce.
HR conducts phone interview, followed by office visit, meeting with line manager, written assessment, final boss interview, site visit, and concludes with extending the final job offer to selected candidate.
It went well. It was thorough and they were realistic about the services that they can offer. It was held via phone and they said to stay in regular communication, which is important.
