The main problem is that hiring and interviewing process is not at all smooth, I applied at appirio and got responded by the Nivedita Bag HR ( jaipur center) that I was not selected for the profile, how can she tell that without even taking my interview how can you judge my skills and talent.
A sincere advice to appirio dont hire peoples who are not serious in their work , software doesnot matters what matters is skills and creativity of an employee.
