I was referred by an existing employee. 3 - 1/2 hour phone interviews and an onsite 3 hour interview in Indianapolis. Each interview was rated by the interviewer on a scale of 1-10. Interviewers included manager and employees in lateral positions. Interviews were very collaborative about half of the time spent on answering interview questions and half the time having the interviewer describing what is was like to work at Appirio and "day in the life" examples.
