The interview process was intense but not overdone. It was easy to see the reasoning behind each step. By the end, I felt like both Appfolio and myself had all the necessary information to make the best choice moving forward. Something that felt really unique about this interview process was that Appfolio really seemed to want to get a sense of what I wanted out of this job, then did their best to place me in a role that fit that criteria.
