I applied on-line. HR contacted me, and set-up phone interview with a team member. Interview went well. I told him what experience I had and what I hoped for. He told me a bit about the company. For example, within project teams there are six levels. I had questions for the manager, such as training process, their custom platform, and how they kept communication flowing among team members. I thought the phone interview went very well. I was then sent an aptitude exam and the CPI by HR to take on-line. My responses must not have been to their liking for the position, as that is where the process ended.
