I applied for two positions, the first being a RF Applications Engineer, and the second being a RF Test Engineer. The Applications Engineer interview process was simple, a 30 minute initial inteview with the manager that was testing the basics and required knowledge. If you did well, it went to a 2nd interview, which was 3 parts: The first of which was with the manager again, this time testing your knowledge until you can't answer anymore. After that, there were 2 interviews, one with the engineer who would be over you, and another with a team member. These seemed to be testing fit and character. For the RF Test Engineer, at first it was a phone screen with techincal questions. If you made it past that, then it was a 1 day, 5 round interview with a lunch. All 5 were technical, and ranged from directors, managers, supervising engineers, and even lunch with potential team members. It was pretty intense, and definitely a slog. All interview tested different aspects of your canidacy: Previous experience, projects, basic EE knowledge, coding, character/fit, etc.

Personal questions including how you deal with stress, how you work alone and in a team, etc. Technical questions about RF like S parameters, figures of merit like IP3 and 1dB Compression.
