It was pretty tough, they definitely want the best employees possible, they expect top quality and that showed in the interview process. The interviewers were all friendly but they made clear how they expect their employees to work. I felt comfortable and they did not make me feel intimidated.

First, I received an invitation to a phone interview with a talent acqusitionist (HR screening). This was just to confirm some of the details in my application like residence and compensation. The HR rep told me I would receive an endorsement for the next step, and shortly after received an invitation to schedule an interview with a department manager. It was a 30 minute 1-on-1 video call, and the manager maintained a very calm and delightful demeanor. Though it was an interview, it felt more like a casual conversation at times. I am now waiting back to hear about an offer.
