Went through a series of three interviews before being offered a position. Initial screening on the phone with HR, a Teams video interview with two supervisors, and finally an in person on site interview with a supervisor and the director. Mostly pre selected “name a time when” type questions, with a few questions clarifying my resume and experience.

Applied through LinkedIn. Was given a phone interview with HR, but was left hanging for a month before I followed up for a third time and was told they moved on with other candidates. So basically if I hadn’t followed up I would have been ghosted. Not professional of them at all.
