I met with the recruiter, so they could see if my experience and personality were in line with the need. Salary expectations were discussed. I then was interviewed by (potential) managers, co-workers, and Business Heads (3 separate interviews), scheduled consecutively. About a day went by and she had her feedback from the interviewers, and I was offered a position.

In 2013: After submitting an application online HR emailed and requested a phone interview. Phone interview basically covers questions about your resume and availability. After the phone interview I was invited to an in person interview with the department supervisors. Emailed and called with job offer/salary requirements. Then a date for drug testing and then orientation

Extremely indepth, long interview process. Every interview question every asked, was asked. Exhausting interview experience. The interview was a mutluple interview process, on the phone and then in person, round table style with 5 people asking you question after question.

I crushed this part. Be social able. Be ready for outside the box questions. They did not bring up the fact they were purchased by a larger company and didn’t have answers to if anything was going to change.

It’s the “tell me about a time” process. You can find this question bank online and work on your answers from personal experiences. Just go in prepared with your answers already in mind.

Human resources called to ask questions. Then called two days later to schedule the interview. Virtual teams interview with behavioral questions. There were six questions total. Lasted about 40 minutes.

It was easy overall you meet with several supervisors to do your second interview. Two or conducting the question while the third supervisor listen in. It only took 30 minutes.

First round is a casual HR phone screening. Second round is a 4 30-min interviews with leadership teams. I interviewed with 3 VP and 1 associate actuary. After around one and a half week, HR contacted me and said I was accepted.

1st interview: taking the CPAB (The Computer Programmer Aptitude Battery Test) 2nd interview: doing a video technical interview with two members of the team to check candidate knowledge 3nd interview: talk to hiring manager and team leader

Thorough and professional. It is a four part interview with that being said they speed up the process by quickly emailing back and following up with the next interview within the next few days.
