Started with a phone interview, then first round of interviews equaling 4 hours with 4 interviewers, then second round equaling 4 hours some interviewers same as round 1 and some different, then an assessment test, then a follow up call from HR saying I did well on assessment and asked about sal requirements (which I had provided when applied initailly and then again with written app. at 1st interview. ( I increased my requirement by 5K which must have been too steep for them-), then they called my references. The interviewers read from a script of generic questions they were given. Got the impression none of them knew anything about what the job or BA profession entailed. This all played out over 3 months. Then after all that they did not even send a thank you for your interest email....nada nothing. Glad it did not work out becausee this company is obviously dysfunctional. Candidates beware!
