J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Airlines (Dallas, TX) en janv. 2015

I applied for the position in summer 2015, submitted the online interview, and then never heard back until I was invited in January 2016 to a face-to-face interview in DFW. Interview was fairly standard:
1. Presentation and comraderie test: Split interviewees into groups. Each group had to come up with three things we all had in common and a fact unique to each of us and present our findings to the other group(s).
2. Group interview: each asked three questions. The first two were the same for everyone. The last was from a hat and we couldn't read the question until it was our turn.
3. Presentation about AA.
4. One-on-one interview. Mine went well and I received an offer letter right there.
5. Fingerprinting, overhead compartment "reach test," and jumpseat "fit test."
