An initial batch of emails was sent to check my availability for an interview. First was a group interview with the department manager and two other employees whose roles were not made clear. Two of the candidates walked out, one thinking that "Steward" meant "stewardess" and the other thinking that "part time" meant "on call". After a series of group questions were interviewed one on one and asked several more general questions about our experiences and desires. The very same day I received a phone call from the manager offering me the job.
