I sent my application on Monday 02/01/2016 and by Friday 02/05/2015 I received an email back asking to take a Video Interview. So far very fast. The application has already and "aptitude" test, and the video interview ask 6 question in total. for the Video, do your make up and dress like you were going for an interview F2F. Also remember to look in to the camera and SMILE, I know that it is tempting to look at the screen but resist the urge! I took mine trough the phone by downloading the app.
