I applied online and after a week got an invitation for interview. The interview was with a fellow analyst and hiring manager . They had set 3 questions on probability theory and were asking questions related to it. Nothing at all on team introduction, about the role or even an introduction about my past experience.

I got referral for the revenue management market analyst position. I was able to do first round of interview that was virtual. I got invited to second round of interview that is in-person.
