The interview process was very simple and relaxing. Once you pass the application and video process you will be flown to Dallas depending on your location. You will meet in a room with other applicants about 20+ ( PLEASE DRESS PROFESSIONAL, LADIES: Skirt suit, hair pulled back if long and red lipstick. GUYS: suit) make sure no tattoos are visible. Anywho, once you're with the group the HR will introduce themselves and you will start a group activity, something like an ice breaker. You have to name 3 things you and your group member have in common and the one thing about yourself and the other groups will have to guess which activity or statement belongs to who. It is very fun. You then will break off into groups (random order) and conduct your group intervene with two HR reps. Once in the room the first question will go in order. Why do you want to be a flight attendant and tell us something about you? The second question we randomly answered: "what is an accomplishment you are most proud of?"the third question we all had to select a card and wait until it was our turn to read and answer it my card asked "when was the last time you receive a random act of kindness? After you're finished, you return to the room for a presentation about the position. Then reps will come back into the room and call out Individuals, this is where some will be escorted to the door and others will be escorted to the back for one on one interviews and finger printing. IF YOU GET FINGER PRINTED THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU GOT THE JOB. I was asked about 5 more questions ( I listed some below) and then we were sent back to the shuttle they say 10-14 days I received an email on A Tuesday and my interview was on a Thursday the week before. I hope this helps it's an easy process but I wish they tell you what exactly they're looking for and not make you feel so great about the position and then reject you without consideration :(
