Applied back in May, 2015, filled out the application, completed the self assessment and submitted my resume on line. One month later, got an e-mail invitation to continue the process with a video interview, which I completed and submitted then waited and waited and waited. Nothing. Later heard ,they cancelled all future interview sessions for 2015. Then, on Dec 7, 2015, AA reposted the position. I resubmitted a new application and took an updated self assessment then waited. Holidays came and went then on Dec 31, 2015, AA sent me an email inviting me to a face-to-face interview in Dallas and to call them to set it up. I assume once I reapplied when they reopened the position on Dec. 7, 2015, that they pulled my file and reviewed my prior video interview and liked what they saw in June 2015, because I was not required to submit a new video interview. BTW, a hint, when they take the video interview, SMILE, SMILE, SMILE, keep it positive, don't look at the screen. look at the little camera on your device and keep it short, do not ramble! I go for my face to face this month! Wish me luck!
